Creekside Elementary Honors Veterans with Heartfelt Schoolwide Parade and Celebration

On Friday, November 7th, Creekside Elementary School proudly honored local veterans with a moving celebration that brought students, staff, and family members together in gratitude. The school hosted an in-school Veterans Parade, creating a memorable moment for those who have served our country.

Students lined the hallways, cheering and waving American flags as veterans walked through the building. Many students held hand-made signs expressing appreciation and admiration, filling the halls with color, pride, and heartfelt messages. The energy, applause, high-fives, and smiles created an uplifting atmosphere that clearly touched the veterans in attendance.

Following the parade, the school gathered in the gym for a special performance to honor the service and sacrifice of military members. Students showcased songs and presentations that reflected their appreciation for the bravery and dedication of veterans. The celebration concluded with refreshments served in the cafeteria, offering veterans an opportunity to connect with students and staff.
