Board of Education Celebrates CCS Staff During Teacher Appreciation Week

During Teacher Appreciation Week, Craven County Schools was proud to celebrate the incredible teachers and staff members who make a difference for students each and every day.

As part of the celebration, the Craven County Board of Education treated staff across the district to a delicious lunch prepared by the district’s amazing School Nutrition team. This thoughtful gesture was a meaningful way to recognize the hard work, dedication, and heart that CCS employees pour into supporting students, families, schools, and the community.

Teacher Appreciation Week provides an important opportunity to pause and celebrate the educators and staff members who help create welcoming, supportive, and engaging learning environments throughout Craven County Schools. From classroom teachers and support staff to school-based teams and district employees, every role plays an important part in helping students learn, grow, and succeed.

Craven County Schools extends sincere appreciation to the Board of Education for honoring staff in such a special way. A special thank you is also extended to the School Nutrition team for preparing and serving these wonderful meals with care, excellence, and pride.
