Ms. Laura Miller-McLemore

Welcome to Grover C. Fields 8th Grade Math and Math 1. My name is Laura Miller.  I am a graduate of Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri. Since fifth grade I knew I wanted to be a teacher.  Thanks goes to my Physical Education teacher at that time, Mrs. Yates. Regardless of their level of ability, she made every student feel as if he/she was the most important person ever.

Can I do that? My challenge and my desire is to help equip students with the skills needed to accomplish any task set before them while simultaneously helping them BELIEVE in their ability to successfully manipulate those skills to their advantage and the betterment of their communities.

                    I MATTER

Am I important does what I do really matter?

If anything matters, then every thing matters. Because you are important, everything you do is important.

Everytime you forgive, the universe changes; Everytime you reach out and touch a heart or life, the world changes.

With every kindness and service, seen or unseen, purposes are accomplished and nothing will ever be the same.

Yes, you are important; and everything you do matters.
