Warning Concerning Copyright Restrictions
The copyright law of the United States (Title 17, United States Code) governs the making of photocopies or other reproductions of copyrighted material.
Under certain conditions specified in the law, libraries and archives are authorized to furnish a photocopy or other reproduction. One of these specified conditions is that the photocopy or reproduction is not to be “used for any purpose other than private study, scholarship, or research.” If a user makes a request for, or later uses, a photocopy or reproduction for purposes in excess of “fair use,” that user may be liable for copyright infringement.This institution reserves the right to refuse to accept a copying order, if in its judgement; fulfilment of the order would involve violation of copyright law.
Placing An Order
Make sure you bookmark this page for future reference! Please fill out each request thoroughly and upload digital copies of your documents within the form. If you are providing a hard copy, please send to the Print Shop via inter-office mail Attn: Ashley Whitford. Once you have filled out and submitted your request you will receive a confirmation email with a PDF attachment. The Print Shop will receive a copy as well. Please archive your requests as they are given specific Job ID numbers and can be referenced later for billing purposes.
Note: All original documents should be clear and legible. Original documents will not be accepted through fax. Digital copies of your documents are preferred for better quality reproduction and need to be in PDF format. All hard copies should be 1st generation and “Copy Ready”. For NCR printing, do not use old NCR forms as your original.
Please allow seven days for completion of your request from the date we receive it. Refer to the delivery schedule on our homepage for receiving and delivery days.
All requests must be filled out thoroughly and authorized by a Principal or Supervisor. Also, please share your request with your school bookkeeper or have them fill it out for you. A budget code must be placed on the request in the space provided unless it is to be paid for by cash or check. In that case, please specify in the same space provided. Make checks payable to Craven County Schools. Once the request has been authorized, we are not responsible for any mistakes, typos, or wrong information given to us. If mistakes are made on your part, you will be charged again for reprinting. If mistakes are on us, you will NOT be charged again. Requesting CCS forms: To request CCS forms and Health documents, please refer to the tab on the homepage labelled CCS forms.
From there please download the CCS Forms Request, select the documents you need and send to Ashley Whitford at the Print Shop. You may also fax your order to 252-514-6327.
Requesting Nurse Supplies: To request nurse supplies, fill out a Nurse Supply Order Form also available in the CCS forms tab and submit to Luanne Mack, Head School Nurse. All requests must be submitted to her before the Print Shop will fill your order.
