Information on How to Submit A Facility Request 

Craven County Schools introduces Master Library ML Schedules, an online way to request facility rental use at one of our school locations.   

With Master Library ML Schedules, all facility requests are submitted using an online web-based system and are automatically routed to the proper member of the facility request team. ML Schedule’s functionality provides a real-time snapshot of each school's facility rental requests and tracking to ensure double booking doesn't occur.  

As an outside community stakeholder, first, you must register with Master Library ML Schedules.

Once your account is created, you can start making facility reservations using ML Schedules. Click the icon to the left to reach the login screen. The video below will further explain the reservation process.
