    TSA Canvas Page

Required Chapter Meetings & Optional Open Lab Days are posted in the TCMS School Calendar.  Meetings end at 5:00 unless noted otherwise.

The new VEX IQ Robotics Team will meet weekly on Mondays starting in October and may also attend Open Labs.

Students should sign up on or by Friday of the week prior in order to let Mrs. Guthrie know who to expect to work with after school on Open Lab days.

If no students are signed up, Mrs. Guthrie may cancel the Open Lab and plan on leaving school early. Communication is KEY!

Students who are registered with TSA will be invited to participate in the TSA Canvas Page.

    TSA's Mission

The Technology Student Association fosters personal growth, leadership, and career opportunities in technology, innovation, design, and engineering. Members apply and integrate science, technology, engineering, & mathematics (STEM) concepts through co-curricular activities, competitive events, and related programs.

    Who are TSA Members?

TSA is the only student organization devoted exclusively to the needs of students interested in technology. Open to students who are currently enrolled in, or who have completed, technology education or computer science / IT courses, TSA's membership includes over 200,000 middle and high school students in 2,000 schools spanning 47 states. Members invest their time and energy to learn through exciting and challenging competitive events, leadership opportunities, and much more.

TSA membership is limited to 30 for the 2021-22 school year. If more than 30 students apply, prior TSA participants will be accepted, and the rest of the slots will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Considerations will include: grades and behavior during 2020-21, equal representation of males/females and overall diversity of TCM TSA, and mutually desired partnerships for specific events. In some cases, teacher input may be requested.
