Hey Ram Fam!  I’m Nicole James and this is my fourth year at Havelock High School which I believe is the best high school ever. I absolutely love HHS and hope you will, too. I have two awesome daughters, Ramsey and Reese, and a precocious fur baby who keep me entertained and motivated. This semester I am teaching English 1, English 3 Honors, and English 4 Honors. In addition to teaching, I am also a cheer coach and an S2S advisor. 

Prior to becoming a teacher, I was a freelance writer, news reporter, and editor at newspapers, magazines, and at a university. I have always had a passion for words and language, so when the opportunity for a second career which allows me to impart that knowledge and passion onto young people came along, I seized it. 

I am excited to navigate through digital learning with you this year. Go Rams!
